Starting during the time he was still playing all the way to now, Rich has had a desire to be like a coach and tell his story to children, including how his experience in athletics has shaped him into the person he is today.
Dianne Hill
women’s ministry leader
Growing up in South Georgia as a preacher’s kid, Dianne had a head knowledge of Jesus and the Bible; but it wasn’t until she was 18 years old that she realized there were no ‘family reservations’ in Heaven, and she made the personal decision and gave her heart to Christ and was baptized.
A few years later upon receiving some wise advice “make up your mind what kind of man you want to marry and go where there are the most of them”, Dianne moved to Atlanta, started going to the largest church in the State with the largest ‘singles’ department and began searching. It was at the church that she met her future in-laws and they loved on her for eight months before she met Terry Hill. Terry and Dianne served in ministry most of their 43 years of marriage and had four children. Dianne has spoken at women’s conferences, taught parenting classes and hosted many people in their homes, in the States and in Israel.

Tim Self
board member
While Tim’s mom made sure he and his sister went to Church Christmas and Easter as well as occasional runs of Sunday School, his real spiritual inspiration came from his grandparents Edith and Eb Self and a little neighborhood church. With big family roots in southern Indiana and central Ohio, Tim and his wife JoAnn raised their two children in Central Texas. Now the Self family is joined by the Moore family and the Anderson family by marriage. All three families work in the NASCAR industry and spend their time together at Race Tracks and the Shop. Reading mostly from the English Standard Version and the Amplified Bible, his favorite verse is between Genesis and Revelations.

Benji Cowart
Content Creator
Born and raised just north of Nashville in Hendersonville, TN, Benji has always had his roots in Music City. Benji grew up in a home that encouraged creativity and musical expression. From an early age, Christian music was a big part of Benji’s life, singing around the house, at church, and in a children’s choir where he recorded with Christian artists. Inspired by one of his English teachers in middle school, he discovered his love for writing.
Since then, Benji has always been involved in some form of ministry. With his wife, Jenna Cowart, Benji has served on staff at churches in North Port, Florida; Las Vegas, Nevada; Buffalo, New York; and Covington, Louisiana. Through his work in the Church, Benji learned to write songs for the congregations he was leading. It was through this time of serving that he wrote “The Only Name (Yours Will Be)” and “Redeemed” which became his first major radio cut with Big Daddy Weave. IN 2013, Benji returned home to Nashville to begin his professional songwriting career signed under Word Entertainment where he continued to write songs for the Christian music scene and sync.
At the end of 2021, Benji signed with TIM Publishing. He is currently living in Franklin Tennessee with his wife Jenna and their four kids. He looks forward to his time at TIM Publishing and hopes to continue to write songs that God will use to impact people in very deep and profound ways.
